Why some silicone hard to demolding ?
The product structure is complex and there are many holes
Veneer products, and the use of gas phase glue, easy to produce adsorption.
Thick material is too viscous and has low plasticity.
Solution for hard demolding
Spray release agent before use of the new mold,stuffy 20-30 min at high temperature.
Coat the surface of the mold by Teflon.
The surface of the mold is sprayed with an external mold release agent every once in a while
Regular mold cleaning and sandblasting. (pls clean well the mold, you can use cleanser essence or ethyl alcohol.)
